The Centre for Policy, Innovation, Design, and Progress (PİTGEM) has been established to work on fundamental policy, executive/administrative/political decisions related to political science and public administration, public policy, and economic, social, and cultural issues, to develop projects and contribute to innovative and solution-oriented approaches in Turkey.

PİTGEM is a fully independent, impartial, and voluntary think tank. It has no organic ties or relationships with any political party, interest group, pressure group, or national/international/transnational structure. It adopts independence and impartiality as its founding principles.
