PITGEM, as an institution or through the individuals who work for it as part of its institutional mandate, may conduct scientific studies or provide need-based private consultancy services to any political, administrative, and social institutions, private companies, public bodies, or national and international non-governmental organizations. In this context, it supports the personal initiatives of its members in accordance with its principles of impartiality, independence, and voluntariness. Institutionally, it is open to all political, administrative, social, cultural, and value-oriented opinions, as required by the principle of impartiality. Conversely, it refuses to enter into organic links with any political party, structure, or group at any level.
